ABOUT: Chaplain Underhill founded Fire Teams during his doctoral studies. During his time in the military, he noticed that men in the military often felt isolated and needed mentorship connections. Fire Teams is a place where military men can bond together and serve Jesus Christ through fellowship, mentorships, community service, and other ministries/events.
WHY FIRE TEAMS: Military members are a unique group. They are often called the “one percent” because only one percent of Americans join the military. Of the one percent, very few are religious. Therefore, it is tough for those who are to connect with other military members who have faith in Jesus Christ. Fire Teams seeks to close the gap, connect believers, and help them grow in their faith.
The goal of Fire Teams is to help you, as a soldier, to change the military through faith in Jesus Christ one man at a time.
